    3. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the courier details and your order's tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation email may be filtered there.

    4. Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

    Prices on our website exclude duties and taxes. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes levied by the destination country. These charges must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. Note that customs clearance procedures may delay delivery.

    5. Remote Area Surcharge Notice

    For certain overseas with outlying addresses, our courier partners may classify the location as a “remote area” and apply an additional Remote Area Surcharge.
    To make the process smoother and avoid any surprise charges upon delivery, we will check your address when you place the order. If a remote area fee applies, we will contact you before shipping to collect the surcharge (typically USD 20–60 or equivalent, depending on the exact location). Your order will only be dispatched once the surcharge is settled.

    6. Why can’t I receive my order?


    i. Refused or Returned Shipments: If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect it from the designated pickup point within the specified time, we will contact you to offer re-delivery or a refund in the form of store credit for your next purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for all associated costs, including re-delivery and return shipping fees.

    ii. Lost Shipments: We are committed to assisting you in tracking your shipment. In the unfortunate event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a refund for your purchase.* To ensure the most accurate tracking information, please contact your local post office before reaching out to us, as there may be a delay between the actual status and its online update. 

    *Note: Confirmation of a lost shipment by the courier may take up to 3 months to process.
